The organizing will be providing to our State council Member Railway concession pass for V.I.P Ticketing. When the origination will get the concession letter From railway Ministry: it’s under consideration.

The organization will be open a bank account in any MNC Bank every State which is operated by the State which is operated by the signature of State council President and National Representative Both.
Article 5
The State council member shall be so organized as to able to function continuously, Each member of the State council shall for the purpose of awareness Programme be represented at all times at State H.O and District H.O.

The State council shall adopt its own rule of procedure, including the method of selecting his president regarding any Programme / case of human rights.

The State council shall, when it deems necessary, call upon the parties to settle their dispute by such means.

The State council member can get time to time report of Organization Development by letter or by E-mail and also get monthly magazine on his resident address.

The State council member can sent any news of his State on or before publishing the magazine.
Article 11
The organizing will be provide all the stationary like visiting card, letter pad, Envelop, Pens, Rough paper, Posters, Stickers etc to all State council member and district at -One time.

I.H.R.P.C (MEMBERSHIP) DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR State COUNCIL MEMBER / DISTRICT COUNCIL MEMBER
The person who is interested to get membership of the State council/Dist.council may submit the self attested as followings.
A. Address proof like Voter card / Driving license / Ration card and any other Related Document for Address Proof.
B. For Identity Proof (Pan Card If have)
C. Educational Proof (Bio-Data)
MEMBERSHIP CHARGES
Membership charges for State Council (Including Free journal, magazine, postal expense of Notification letter, Identity Card and other document) etc is Rs.10,000/ (Rs.Ten Thousand Only) payable by DD/ crossed cheque in favor of INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION COUNCIL payable at New Delhi.
District council membership charges (Including Free zonal magazine postal expenses of Notification letter, membership card and other documents etc are Rs-5,100 (Five Thousand -One Hundred Only) payable By DD/Cheque in favor of International Human-Rights Protection Council payable at New Delhi.
